Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order during the online order process, you can press “cancel” and the order process is automatically stopped. If you have already placed your order and have a customer account in our online store, please contact us.

Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days starting from the day following the order.

It is clarified that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the tags accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it together with the retail receipt or invoice. You will still need to contact us via e-mail at mamoushclothing@gmail.com or phone 211 7506070 to be given instructions and a return code.

MAMOUSH assumes the costs of return – resending – exchange for all of Greece. For Cyprus, the corresponding costs are borne by the customer. Our store only accepts one change for each product. The reshipment – exchange is free for the whole of Greece.

If the corresponding product you want is not available (e.g. larger size), the purchase amount of the specific product is credited to your account.

If you want a refund, we will refund the amount of your order by depositing it into a bank account that you will give us. If the product has already been delivered to the carrier, the money we will return to you will be 10 euros less due to handling costs of your order.

DEFECTIVE product

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, www.mamoush.gr will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to you. However, you should inform us by e-mail so that we can send you instructions for returning the product as well as a return code. If the product ceases to be available, a replacement with an equivalent product can be made by agreement.

www.mamoush.gr does not have a guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction when removing the tags.
