Payment methods
1. By card:
Every purchase from the www.mamoush.gr website is carried out at the buyer’s option with the possibility of payment with debit and credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD. The transactions are carried out securely electronically, in real time, between the Buyer and the owner of the card with the Bank which processes the transaction on behalf of www.mamoush.gr. In this process, www.mamoush.gr has no participation and the sensitive information of your credit / debit card is not stored in its system.
In case the buyer carrying out the transaction is not the same person as the owner of the Credit Card, www.mamoush.gr bears no responsibility and has no obligation to refund money.
2. Cash on delivery:
You can pay the courier server by delivering the products to your place. There is no additional charge for COD shipments in Greece. Cash on delivery does not apply to product shipments abroad.

If you choose bank deposit, please contact us to reserve the products you ordered.
On the Bank Deposit Form you will write the Name or the order number and you must send us the copy.
In cases where the deposit is not made within two days from the day the order is placed, then the order is automatically canceled by the system.
The cost of the bank commission is borne by the Customer.
Shipping Products
Products are sent by GENERAL POST courier and delivered safely to the address you specify within one or three working days from the day of payment of the order. For orders outside Greece, the products are sent again by courier in two to seven working days from the confirmation of the order.
www.mamoush.gr does not accept any responsibility in the event of a delay in delivery due to extreme weather, strikes and force majeure, in which case the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay lasts.
Shipping charges are calculated and suggested on the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the possibility to choose the type of document he wants (retail receipt or invoice), by filling in the corresponding field on the website.
Shipping and cash on delivery are free throughout Greece.
For all orders, packaging and shipping costs are free for all of Greece.

Returns Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days starting from the day following the order.
It is clarified that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the tags accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it together with the retail receipt or invoice. You will still need to contact us via e-mail at [email protected] or phone 211 7506070 to be given instructions and a return code.
MAMOUSH assumes the costs of return – resending – exchange for all of Greece. For Cyprus, the corresponding costs are borne by the customer. Our store only accepts one change for each product. The reshipment – exchange is free for the whole of Greece.
If you want a refund, we will refund the amount of your order by depositing it into a bank account that you will give us. If the product has already been delivered to the carrier, the money we will return to you will be 10 euros less due to handling costs of your order.
If the corresponding product you want is not available (e.g. larger size), the purchase amount of the specific product is credited to your account.
DEFECTIVE product
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, www.mamoush.gr will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to you. However, you should inform us by e-mail so that we can send you instructions for returning the product as well as a return code. If the product ceases to be available, a replacement with an equivalent product can be made by agreement.
www.mamoush.gr does not have a guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction when removing the tags.
Limitations of Liability
For all the products contained in the catalogs of www.mamoush.gr there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse. The transaction will be considered completed only after a written electronic confirmation has been sent. In the event that it is impossible to execute an order, www.mamoush.gr has the right to withdraw and not fulfill it, and in the event that the price has already been collected, it is returned by deposit to your Bank account.
